Nine blocks, 1996 to 2017 plantings, eight of them picked by hand.
22.0% of the property. Brazil's Forest Code requires 20% in this biome. We have not cleared anything since the registry opened and we do not intend to.
Permanent preservation — the stream margins and the springs. Not plantable, not counted in the reserve, and fenced off from cattle since 2011.
Roads, the mill, the drying beds, the houses and a paddock.

Each block is drawn at its real width in hectares and its real altitude range, laid left to right across the 128.0 planted hectares. Hatched blocks are the two we cannot ship to the EU. The highest bar is T03 Alto at 1355–1410 m; the narrowest is T05 Bourbon Velho, the 9.4 ha of 1996 planting we keep not stumping.
Highest, coldest, latest to ripen by about three weeks, and the lowest yielding block we have. It is also where four of the last six 88+ lots came from.
9.1% of the planted area.
10 years old this safra.
About 232 bags off this block, at the farm's 23.8 sacas/ha for a light year times this block's own factor of 0.84.
Centroid filed, polygon clean against the neighbouring registrations.
From the end of 2025 anything sold into the EU has to carry the geolocation of the plot it grew on, and a declaration that the plot was not deforested after 31 December 2020. We file a centroid for every block, plus the full polygon through our CAR registration.
Two blocks — T08 Baixo and T09 Cafundó, 24.1 ha between them — have a CAR polygon that overlaps our neighbour's along the old boundary. The overlap is about 2.4 ha and it is a registry error from 2014, not a land dispute. Until the state reconciles it we will not make an EUDR declaration on coffee from those blocks, so they are sold outside the EU only.
That is roughly 19% of our planted area and it costs us real money every year. We would rather it cost us money.
Declarable to the EU
