Amenities

Eight of them, with the hours they actually open.

An amenity that is closed when you want it is not an amenity. Opening hours, staffing and the replacement cycle are published here, and they are written into the service charge rather than promised in a brochure.

The 42nd-floor pool

The 42nd-floor pool

A 32-metre infinity edge facing the Palm, open 06:00–22:00.

Heated to 27 °C between November and March, chilled to 26 °C from June. Lifeguard on duty 08:00–20:00.

Podium deck

Podium deck

Shaded seating, an outdoor kitchen and 40 m of lap pool at level 6.

The residents' deck rather than the show one — it is the pool people actually use in August, because it is the one in shade after 15:00.

Harbour promenade

Harbour promenade

1.9 km of public waterfront directly below the tower.

Marasi contributes the landscaping on plot 4B. The promenade itself is Dubai Harbour's, is public, and will stay public.

Berthing

Berthing

Priority allocation on 18 berths, 12–34 m, in the adjoining marina.

Berths are leased from the marina operator, not owned with the apartment. Allocation is by residence size, then by date of reservation.

floor

Wellness floor

Gym, reformer studio, hammam, two treatment rooms, level 5.

Equipment is replaced on a five-year cycle written into the service charge, so the gym in 2033 is not the gym of 2028 with worn cable machines.

lounge

Residents' lounge

A double-height room at level 43 with a private dining table for 14.

Bookable twice a month per residence at no charge. Catering is arranged through the concierge and billed to you directly.

Concierge

Concierge

24-hour desk, valet parking, and a housekeeping panel.

Two staff overnight rather than one, which is the difference between a concierge and a night guard.

Parking

Parking

One to three bays per residence across four basement levels.

Every bay is pre-cabled for an 11 kW charger. Installation is at cost and does not need building approval.

A day here

Written by the people who live in tower three.

06:30

Lap pool at level 6, before the sun clears the tower opposite.

08:10

Coffee on the promenade; the tram to Dubai Marina is four minutes on foot.

13:00

Podium deck, in shade, because the west screen is closed until four.

18:45

The 42nd-floor edge, when the Palm turns amber and everyone photographs it.

20:30

Residents' lounge, table for eight, catering from the concierge.

Berthing

Eighteen berths, and a waiting list we publish.

Berths are leased from the marina operator, not sold with the apartment. At the last allocation there were 18 berths and 31 registrations. Priority runs by residence size, then by reservation date — and we will tell you where you sit on that list before you buy, not after.
