The build itself is predictable. What is not predictable is Dubai Municipality, the mall, Civil Defence and a stone quarry in Carrara — so those are named here with their real durations.
This is the programme we issue at tender, not a marketing version of it. The orange bars are the ones sitting in someone else's queue — an authority, a landlord, a stone supplier — and they are where a twelve-week job becomes a sixteen-week one.
