Treatments & cost

Every price, including the one your quote leaves out.

Medication is between ₹90,000 and ₹1,60,000 a cycle and is almost never included in a headline IVF price in India. It is the second line on this page for that reason.

IVF / ICSI cycle

₹1,95,000

per cycle

Stimulation monitoring, egg retrieval under sedation, ICSI where indicated, embryo culture to day 5, and one fresh or frozen transfer.

  • —All scans and blood work during stimulation
  • —Theatre, anaesthetist, embryologist
  • —Blastocyst culture
  • —First transfer

Medication

₹90,000 – ₹1,60,000

per cycle, NOT included above

The line every quote in this city omits. Gonadotropin dose depends on your AMH and your age, and we give you the likely range at the first consultation rather than at the pharmacy counter.

PGT-A (embryo testing)

₹75,000

up to 8 embryos

Useful over 37 mainly because it tells you to stop sooner, not because it makes a cycle work. Under 35 it usually adds cost and no benefit, and we will say so.

Frozen embryo transfer

₹65,000

per transfer

Second and subsequent transfers from embryos already frozen. This is the number that makes a first cycle worth doing properly.

Embryo freezing & storage

₹28,000

per year

First year included with a cycle. Storage consent is renewed annually in writing, as the ART Act requires.

IUI

₹19,000

per cycle

Right for a minority — unexplained infertility, mild male factor, under 35. Three cycles then stop; the fourth almost never works.

Donor egg programme

₹3,40,000

per cycle

Includes donor compensation as permitted under the ART Act, screening, and the recipient cycle. Live birth rate is 52% per transfer regardless of your age.

Budgeting

Budget for two cycles. Hope for one.

A first cycle that produces frozen embryos makes the second cycle ₹65,000 instead of ₹2,85,000. That single fact is why we would rather do one cycle properly — full stimulation, blastocyst culture, freeze-all where it is indicated — than two of them cheaply.

A realistic first-cycle total, medication included, is ₹2,85,000 – ₹3,55,000. If a clinic quotes you ₹1.4 lakh, ask what the medication costs and what happens on day five.

Questions

Why is your success rate lower than the clinic down the road?

Because ours is live birth per cycle started, with own eggs, split by age. Most published rates are clinical pregnancy per embryo transfer, with donor cycles blended in. That single change in definition can turn 31% into 68% without a single extra baby being born.

How many cycles should we budget for?

Two, financially, and hope for one. A first cycle that produces frozen embryos makes the second cycle ₹65,000 instead of ₹2,85,000 — which is why we would rather do one cycle properly than two cheaply.

Do you treat single women and unmarried couples?

Under the ART Act 2021 we can treat single women aged 21–50. The Act does not permit us to treat unmarried couples together, and no clinic in India can, whatever they tell you.

What happens to embryos we do not use?

They stay frozen while you renew consent each year. You can later donate them to research, allow them to perish, or continue storage. Nobody at Anvaya will make that decision for you or let it drift by default.

Will you tell us to stop?

Yes, and it is written into how we work. If three good-quality transfers have failed, or if your age band and reserve make a further own-egg cycle unreasonable, we say so and talk about donor eggs or about stopping.
