Care & regulation

Counselling before consent. Always, and separately.

The ART Act 2021 requires counselling before consent, by someone who is not your treating doctor. Most clinics discharge that duty in ten minutes. Ours is a separate appointment, and nobody signs anything at the visit where they first hear their odds.

01

First consultation — ₹1,200

Both partners, 45 minutes. AMH, antral follicle count, semen analysis and a thyroid panel if not already done. You leave with a written plan and the odds for your age band, printed.

02

The decision visit

A second appointment, separate from the first, where we go through the numbers you have just read on this site with your own results beside them. Nobody signs consent at the first visit.

03

The cycle

Ten to twelve days of stimulation with scans every second day, retrieval, and either a fresh transfer or a freeze-all. You have one named embryologist and their number.

04

Whatever happens next

A follow-up within ten days either way. If the cycle failed we tell you why, whether the plan changes, and whether we think a further cycle is a reasonable use of your money.

When it does not work

Someone rings you. Within ten days, either way.

A failed cycle is the moment a clinic's character shows. Ours books a follow-up before you leave the building: what we saw, whether the plan changes, and an honest answer to whether another cycle is a reasonable use of your money. Sometimes that answer is no.

Counselling is included at every stage and does not stop when treatment does — including for the people who decide to stop trying.
