Each one is profitable, each one is offered somewhere in this city today, and each one is on this page rather than in a policy document.
Guarantee or refund packages
They are priced so the clinic wins on average, and they push clinics to decline the patients who most need treatment. If a package refunds ₹4 lakh of a ₹9 lakh spend after three failed cycles, you paid a large premium for insurance you would not have bought separately.
Routine endometrial scratch
Large randomised trials found no benefit. It is uncomfortable, it costs money, and it persists because it is easy to bill.
Routine assisted hatching
Occasionally reasonable in specific frozen cycles. Sold to everyone, it is revenue.
Immune therapy and intralipids
No evidence base for routine use in recurrent implantation failure, and a real risk profile. We do not offer it at any price.
PRP ovarian rejuvenation
Experimental. If someone offers it to you at 43 as an alternative to donor eggs, they are selling hope by the millilitre.
