Programmes

Six programmes, each priced whole.

What is listed is what you pay. Extras that are only sometimes indicated are priced separately below and are always discussed before they are ordered — never added to an invoice afterwards.

Baseline

Baseline

£1,450

One visit · Half a day, results in 6 working days

A first, complete picture — the right starting point for most people.

  • —92-marker blood panel, including ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP and HbA1c
  • —Resting and exercise ECG
  • —DXA body composition and bone density
  • —Blood pressure profile over 24 hours
  • —A 50-minute results consultation with the clinician who ordered the tests

Lp(a) is measured once in a lifetime — it barely moves — so we do not charge you for it again at your annual.

Meridian Annual

Meridian Annual

£3,900

Per year · Two visits, plus unlimited clinician messaging

Ongoing care once you have a baseline and something worth tracking.

  • —Everything in Baseline, twice a year
  • —Whole-body MRI, once annually, reported by a consultant radiologist
  • —CT coronary calcium score, if indicated by your ApoB and family history
  • —Continuous glucose monitoring, two 14-day windows
  • —Direct messaging with your named clinician, answered within one working day

We only order the calcium score when it will change what we do. Scanning everyone annually is how private clinics generate revenue, not how they generate health.

Cardiometabolic

Cardiometabolic

£2,200

12-week programme · Four appointments across three months

Raised ApoB, insulin resistance, or a family history that worries you.

  • —Advanced lipid panel with particle count, repeated at week 12
  • —OGTT with insulin, and a 14-day CGM window
  • —Dietitian-led plan, reviewed twice
  • —Statin, ezetimibe or GLP-1 prescribing where clinically indicated
  • —A written report to your NHS GP, with your consent

About a third of people finishing this programme need no medication at all. We say so at week 12 rather than starting one at week 1.

Hormone & menopause

Hormone & menopause

£690

Initial consultation · 60 minutes, plus bloods

Perimenopause, menopause, or symptoms that have been dismissed elsewhere.

  • —60-minute consultation with a menopause-specialist GP
  • —FSH, oestradiol, testosterone, thyroid and ferritin
  • —HRT initiation and titration where appropriate
  • —Three-month follow-up included in the fee
  • —Bone density assessment at cost, if indicated

Body-identical HRT on an NHS prescription costs a fraction of a private one. We will tell you when that is the better route, and write to your GP to arrange it.

Executive day

Executive day

£2,850

One visit · One day, 08:30 – 16:00, results same evening

People who cannot come back twice, and would rather do it in one sitting.

  • —The Baseline panel, run on-site for same-day reporting
  • —Cardiology and general medical review
  • —Spirometry, audiometry and visual fields
  • —Whole-body MRI
  • —Results consultation at 15:00, and the written report by 20:00

The report goes to you first, not to your employer — including when your employer is paying. That is written into the terms.

Second opinion

Second opinion

£450

One consultation · 45 minutes, notes reviewed in advance

A diagnosis or plan you want examined by someone with no stake in it.

  • —Full review of your existing records before the appointment
  • —45 minutes with a consultant in the relevant specialty
  • —A written summary you can take to your treating team
  • —Onward referral where we think it is warranted

In roughly half of these we agree with the original plan and say so. You are paying for the answer, not for a different one.
