01INJECTABLES

Botulinum toxin, upper face

WHAT IT CANNOT DO

It cannot lift heavy brows, remove a static line already etched into the skin, or change skin quality. Lines present at rest need skin treatment, not more toxin.

NOT SUITABLE FOR

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, neuromuscular disease, or an active infection at the site. We do not treat anyone under 21 for cosmetic indications.

02INJECTABLES

Hyaluronic acid filler, mid-face

Restores volume where the cheek has flattened, using a cannula rather than a needle in the mid-face. Reversible with hyaluronidase, which we keep on site and are trained to use urgently.

WHAT IT CANNOT DO

It cannot tighten loose skin, and past a certain volume it makes a face look heavier rather than younger. We cap the mid-face at 2 ml in a session and will decline the third.

NOT SUITABLE FOR

Anyone seeking a specific celebrity result, anyone with body dysmorphic features on screening, and anyone who has had permanent (non-HA) filler elsewhere without records.

03SKIN

Skin boosters

04SKIN

Facials do not treat acne. If your acne is scarring, spending on hydrafacials for a year is the single most common way people in this city waste money on their skin.

It does not regrow hair on a scarred or fully bald scalp. If the follicle is gone, no injection brings it back, and we will refer you for transplant assessment instead.

Untreated iron deficiency or thyroid disease — treating those first is often the whole answer.
