A clinic is safe or unsafe in the details nobody advertises: whether hyaluronidase is in date, whether consent happened on a different day, and whether anyone will see you at 9pm when a filler goes wrong.
DHA advertising rules prohibit them, and so do we. Photographs are taken at consultation for your medical record, shown to you in the room, and never published — not on this site, not on Instagram, not with your consent, because consent does not make a marketing image an honest one.
Also prohibited, and also sensible. You will be told exactly which product, batch and expiry is used in your treatment, in the room, and it goes in your notes. You will not see a brand name used as a lure on a billboard.
Consultation and treatment are separate visits, with at least 48 hours between them. Nobody makes a good decision about their face inside an hour of walking in.
Regardless of what the patient or the parent wants. Medical dermatology — acne, eczema, pigment — we see at any age.
It burns and it causes post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation in the skin types most common here. We use 1064 nm Nd:YAG instead, and we would rather lose the booking than have you back with a burn.
Courses are paid per session. Nothing here is sold as ten sessions up front that vanish if life gets in the way.

Because DHA advertising regulations prohibit them, and because a published before-and-after is chosen from hundreds to be the best one. You will see your own photographs at every review, in the room, on the same camera and the same lighting each time.
In the clinic, yes — in writing, with the batch number and expiry, before anything is opened. In advertising, no: naming injectable brands in marketing is not permitted here, and the clinics that do it are breaking the rule.
With the right wavelength, yes. We use 1064 nm Nd:YAG for Fitzpatrick IV–VI and we do not own an IPL machine. Every new patient is test-patched and reviewed before a full session is booked.
You are seen the same day, by a doctor, at no charge, for two years after treatment. Hyaluronidase is on site and in date. Vascular occlusion is rare and time-critical, and a clinic that cannot see you within the hour should not be injecting you.
During Ramadan we move injectable appointments to after iftar and postpone anything requiring fasting-incompatible aftercare. Laser and peels are scheduled for evenings, and we will tell you honestly when the better answer is to wait three weeks.
