JUMEIRAH · HITTIN — أثر
Consultant-led aesthetic dermatology in Dubai and Riyadh. No before-and-after photographs — DHA rules forbid them and we agree with the rule. No injectable on the day you first walk in. And 1064 nm rather than IPL, because most of our patients are Fitzpatrick IV to VI.

Aesthetic medicine in this region is sold the way retail is sold — packages, countdowns, a discount if you book today, and a wall of before-and-after images chosen from thousands. All of it works on the patient, and none of it is medicine.
ATHR publishes the opposite: the price of every treatment in AED and SAR, what each one cannot do, who it is not for, and the six things we decline to sell at any price. Photographs of your face are taken at every visit and shown to you in the room. They are never published, with or without your consent.

DHA advertising rules prohibit them, and so do we. Photographs are taken at consultation for your medical record, shown to you in the room, and never published — not on this site, not on Instagram, not with your consent, because consent does not make a marketing image an honest one.
Also prohibited, and also sensible. You will be told exactly which product, batch and expiry is used in your treatment, in the room, and it goes in your notes. You will not see a brand name used as a lure on a billboard.
Consultation and treatment are separate visits, with at least 48 hours between them. Nobody makes a good decision about their face inside an hour of walking in.
Regardless of what the patient or the parent wants. Medical dermatology — acne, eczema, pigment — we see at any age.

During Ramadan we move injectable appointments to after iftar and postpone anything requiring fasting-incompatible aftercare. Laser and peels are scheduled for evenings, and we will tell you honestly when the better answer is to wait three weeks.
