What went wrong
The CAD arrived unusable — 2.4 million polygons of manufacturing geometry. Retopology was eleven days nobody had quoted for, and we absorbed six of them. It is why the rates page now has a CAD clause.

Cheapest way to shoot a coffee bag is to not shoot it. Nine loops from one lighting setup, re-dressed — which is a production decision, not an art one.

We warned that a WebGL hero costs about 1.4 MB and eight frames of jank on a mid-range Android. They shipped it anyway, it converted, and we still think a video would have done the same job.
