Fees
Study material, every test, the doubt counters and the mentor check-ins are inside that number. There is no separate test-series invoice in February, which is the line item most families are surprised by elsewhere.
Refunds
A refund policy that exists only in a meeting is a refund policy designed to be argued about. Ours is arithmetic, and it is printed before you pay.
Questions
Because ours is government seats divided by everyone who enrolled. Theirs is usually qualifiers divided by students who completed and attended above a threshold — a denominator chosen after the results were known. Ask any institute for the enrolment number in the same sentence as the selection number.
No, and nobody can. Roughly 24 lakh candidates sit NEET for about 1.1 lakh government seats. Any guarantee is either a refund product with an insurance premium buried in it, or a lie.
Yes — about three hours of new material a day, plus problem sessions. Beyond roughly four hours of new material a day, retention collapses and you are paying for attendance rather than learning. The rest of the timetable is supervised self-study, which is where the exam is actually won.
The mentor check-in catches most of it, and the counsellors see anyone flagged within 48 hours. If we think a student should go home for a term or for good, we will tell you plainly — we did that eleven times last year.
Please do, on a working day, unannounced. Sit at the back of a class. Any institute that requires an appointment to show you a live classroom is showing you a different classroom.
