Kota, Rajasthan · since 2016

Sixty-one of four hundred and twelve.

That is our 2025 NEET result: 61 government MBBS seats from the 412 students who enrolled two years earlier. Every institute in this city publishes the 61. We are publishing the 412 beside it, because the second number is the one that tells you anything.

A classroom

The actual week

Nineteen taught hours, not thirty-five. Here is where they are.

No coaching website in India shows you the timetable, because the timetable is the product and in most places it reads badly. Ours is on the homepage.

Two-year course. Nineteen taught hours a week, not thirty-five — the rest is supervised self-study you can actually use.

Everyone who paid a fee and started. This is the denominator the sector hides.

Qualifying is not a seat. Most institutes stop counting here, because the next number is worse.

The part Kota does not write about

We told eleven families to take their child home.

It cost us eleven fees. It is the most important sentence on this website, and the reason the rest of the wellbeing page exists.

Batch size is capped at 60

Not 200, not 400. Above sixty a teacher stops knowing who is quietly falling behind, and falling behind quietly is how this goes wrong.

Two counsellors for 412 students

Registered clinical psychologists, on staff, not a helpline number on a poster. A weekly mentor check-in is scheduled, not optional, and it appears on the timetable above.

No rank boards in public spaces

Ranks are shared with the student and the family, privately. A leaderboard in a corridor helps the top ten and damages everyone else.

Phones are allowed

A sixteen-year-old five hundred kilometres from home should be able to ring their mother without asking permission.

Come unannounced, on a working day.

Sit at the back of a live class for an hour. Any institute that needs an appointment to show you a classroom is showing you a different classroom.
