The model proposes typed actions; the runtime validates each one against your real catalog, your real stock and your real prices before anything is sent. An answer it can't ground, it doesn't give.

Payment happens on a secure checkout link. Card details and delivery address never enter the chat, and the AI never has access to either.
Cancels and returns are checked against real orders
A change-of-address, a cancellation or a return is verified against that specific customer's order history before the AI acts on it.
